El’more Wines is a project between partners. It began as a collaboration driven by a shared love for winemaking and a deep respect of farming. We believe in storytelling through wine. El’more Wines is named after a 7th-generation family farm in Elmore, Central Vic.

Rooted in a background of farming, we understand the dedication and hard work involved in cultivating exceptional fruit. It’s this appreciation that inspires us to make wine the way we do.

Crafted with minimal intervention techniques, we carefully harness the natural flavors of locally sourced fruit to create classics that are found in our favorite local restaurants, bars, and wine stores.

The dream is to one day grow vines on the farm to create more stories for generations to enjoy.
